About Us

China Kingstone Mining Holdings Limited (the “Company”) was initially incorporated as an exempted company with limited liability in the Cayman Islands under the Company Law, Chapter 22 (Law 3 of 1961, as consolidated and revised) of the Cayman Islands. On 10 August 2016, the Company changed its domicile from Cayman Islands to Bermuda by way of de-registration in the Cayman Islands and continuation as an exempted company under the laws of Bermuda.

China Kingstone Mining Holdings Limited is currently considering expanding into gold-related businesses with the aim of further increasing the Group's operational scale and market presence. The Group is also exploring potential vertically integrated projects spanning the upstream and downstream segments of the gold industry. By broadening its business scope, the Company aims to reduce operational risks and enhance its overall profitability.
